Post fall. Ongoing headache.

Patient Data

Age: 30 years
Gender: Male

No acute intracranial abnormality identified.

Symmetrical osseous defects are seen in the parietal bones in keeping with congenital calvarial defects. 

Case Discussion

Congenital calvarial defects may pose a diagnostic puzzle and could be mistaken for surgical burr holes.
